Publicis Group needed to do a large-scale, hybrid pitch for a high profile client.
The pitch was a year-long process with three major presentation rounds. Each presentation included live studio segments from London, Paris and New York, with smaller studio segments and call-ins from around the world.
Our involvement first started with running the London Studio for presentation #1. By presentation #3 we were running the global production.
Our understanding of hybrid production techniques alongside our attention to creative detail, plus our ability to execute this under immense pressure put us at the centre of this global pitch.
Our creative team built a look and feel for the production that fit seamlessly within Publicis Groupe’s existing pitch creative.
From concept deck through to on-set guidance, our creative team was able to build a cohesive vision for the production and was instrumental in getting buy-in from agency departments and production partners.
As Tentacle is a full service production company, our post production crew was on hand for quick turnaround additional content, giving the client the freedom to be reactive and to build a more immersive experience for the pitch.
Our tech systems ensured smooth communications, both behind-the-scenes and in the pitch presentation itself.
We used our cloud comms system to bring all crew and talent together into a virtual working environment that was calm and intuitive, whilst being powerfully connected.
High-quality low latency H265 over SRT was leveraged to deliver subsecond feeds to our London HQ and return monitoring AV feeds with mix-minus for the satellite studios and call-in presenters.
